Mia's 3rd Birthday
I don't think that Mia quite knew what to expect when we talked about a Luau for her 3rd birthday, but as soon as she saw the grass skirt and Flower Leis, She never looked back. She is also planning on wearing her new favorite "skirt" and "Necklace" all next week and to church the following Sunday. Oh Boy!
Little Luau's

Mia did not know what to think at first about the pinata and did not want to hit it with a stick, but as soon as she realized that it was full of candy, she forgot all about the pinatas feelings. She smacked that candy filled bird over and over again.
The big luau's
What fun way for our little girl to turn 3, although we still can't believe it!
She promised that she would stay little forever!

Looks like you guys celebrated Mia's 3rd birthday shakin' your hips and sippin' pina coladas...how fun! I for one CANNOT believe she is three. The day you guys left Utah I remember her being strolled up and down the sidewalk while the moving van was loaded with last minute things. She was so new and so little still. Where has the time gone? Wow. I know what you mean. They never to well at keeping their promises to stay small. I hold Karissa and just wish some how, some way I could keep her like this for a year before letting her grow out of the "newborn" stage. I guess the best advise is to savor every minute and try to remember every moment you have with them when they are growing so quickly. Tell Mia Happy Birthday from the Beckers!

Oh, how I wish they would stay little for just a little bit longer than they do. It goes by soooo fast. I can't believe she is 3. I still remember when you brought her to our house and she was just teeny. That seems like just yesterday.
