Before the family pictures we went to spend time and have lunch with Bing and Laddy. We had a good time. Again Mia warmed up to them very quick, and gave them lots of hugs and kisses.

We had dinner with Cynthia and her family. We had chinese and had agreat time visting with them. We love and miss ya'll.

We had lunch on Friday with Stacey and Michael. Stacey gave us a hard time for only giving them a lunch slot, sorry Stacey. We wish we could have spent more time also. We had fun though, we went to Carls Junior. The kidos had fun playing at the playland there. Next time I promise we willgive ya'll more time ok.

Chugga Chugga Choo Choo!!

Mia was so excited to ride the train. The whole way to the cabin, when she saw the trains she would start singing chugga chugga choo choo over and over. The boys were very sick of it and were yelling at her to stop, Cayden especially. He said Mia was giving him a headache and crying for her to stop. The movie was very cool also. Thanks Grams and Pa. We love Ya!!

Grams and Pa time!!

Mia loves her Grams and Pa. She warmed up to them very quickly. Mia also had a lot of fun with Breanne. Much to our surprise the first night we were there Tara asked Mia if she wanted to go home with her and Breanne and have a sleep over. She said she wanted to, we let her go thinking we would have to go and get her later, but she had a blast and never thought of her Mommy and Daddy again.

Cabin Time!!

We did some R and R on Sunday at Grams and Pa's house, much needed R and R after our full day of travel. We were off to the mountains on Monday. Tara, Darren, and Breanne came with us. Nikki and Tara had lots of fun making hair bows and bracelets. The first day we were there it snowed, can you believe that. It was ok, it didn't stay long. The snow didn't keep us from the great outdoors. We rode the 4-wheelers, did the zip line, and yes ate snow cones, Gent made sure we had a campfire with smores. Pa made sure we had a pretty fire as well. Grams and Pa just put a cool sandbox and that was Cayden's favorite addition to the cabin. They had a money dig and found lots of money. It was just change, now if there would have been large bills I would have been digging in the sand. That would be a good idea next time Grams and Pa. Great fun for all at the cabin.

Our Trip To UTAH

Yes we made it one the plane finally. Funny story, Gent had made the plane reservations and thought we were leaving Saturday at 6am, but he failed to look at the itinery that said 6pm. Just a little set back. We had to go back home and wait for about 10 hours. The boys were not happy about this little set back, on the way back home Cayden told daddy if he did this again he would give him a knuckle sandwich. I thought of doing that to because we had to get up at 3 am, and with our late night packing we didn't get very much sleep, but such is life. I know we will only make that mistake just once. We will always check our am and pm. Our little mistake caused us not to get to see the Christensen's we had planned to see the afternoon we arrived. Sorry Christensen's. It has been almost exactly two years since we moved. We went over Labor Day, the boys only missed four instead of five days of school. We have a fun filled week planned. First we were going to the cabin for a couple of days, we are going to ride the train to Salt Lake and watch the 3-D movie at the Plantarium, jet skiing, and lots of family time.

White Water

Before the summer ended Mommy wanted to go to White Water, she knew the kids would love it, and they did. Page and her family met us there. We had lots of fun riding the waves in the wave pool, floating in the lazy river, and riding the water slides. Fun, Fun, Fun.

My little fishy's

The kids love to swim. This summer we did lots of swimmimg at the neighborhood pool. Cayden improved from last summer. Last summer he wouldn't even put his head under the water and now we can hardly get his head out of the water. At the beginning of the summer Mia was very unsure of the water, but by the end she was loving it, she would jump in from the side to you. Brenner has always loved the water, he is truly my little fish.

Fourth of July

On the fourth everyone came over to have a barbeque and go to the top of the subdivsion and watch the fireworks that the Oasis Church puts on. The show was pretty amazing and we we very close. We had a water battle with a few injuries. Brenner got him pretty hard from mommy and was mad at me for a little bit. After the big show we came back and did our own show, no it wasn't as good as the Oasis, but fun. The kids were being fire starters and trying to burn the leaves and pine straw in the driveway, kids will be kids.

The Greed Fest!

Mia had lots of fun unwrapping her presents. She is now at the fun age of mine, mine, mine. She loved her Cinderella tea set that Page and her girls gave her. As soon as she opened it she wanted to have a tea party. I think the boys will be suckered into a couple of tea parties. What fun.

Mia's 2nd birthday!

Thanks to Cort and Mandy we had a cute Ladybug party. Mia had a great birthday. Mitchell, Abbey, Lindsey, and baby Blaine came. Page and her clan came for the party also. We had a great time, we grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. We also had a Ladybug hunt. Mommy order over two hundred Ladybugs from the internet and we let them go in the backyard and the kids had fun catching them with their nets and putting them in the cool bug cages they decorated with stickers.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

From the last week in May thru the first week in June our backyard recieved a makeover- a new fence, several new trees, a Trampoline for the kids, a new BBQ for Gent and new patio furniture for Me! Gent and I also built a new pergola over the patio that turned out nice we think. Now to find a free weekend to stain the fence!

Mommy got pie for Gent's birthday. It was not a Marie Callender's, but it was ok. This was one of the first times we used our new patio set. Happy Birthday Gent.
